Abstract:

Basé sur trois domaines (11 unités contenant les informations sur les critères diagnostiques, 4 unités “cachées” et 1 unité de sortie donnant le diagnostic de la maladie) gérés par un programme Fortran, le réseau neural (dont les principes algorithmiques sont détaillés dans l’annexe de l’article) a été testé chez 257 individus pour évaluer s’ils étaient ou non atteints de LGMD1A (181 malades connus, 26 au statut indéfini et 50 contrôles sains). Le réseau neural a su avec une bonne pertinence poser le diagnostic de LGMD1A chez les patients qui étaient effectivement atteints.
